About Stu Summers & Summers' Love: A Romantic Comedy

Thank you for joining us at the blog for Stu Summer's recently-released,

semi-autobiographical romantic comedy, Summers' Love!

  (We thought it was very clever of him to use his last name in the title of his book.)

Stu Summers writes a good story.

We even think this romantic comedy might actually be based on a whole lot of the truth of Stu's life.  

He is, however, temperamental, reclusive and does what he pleases.

 This does not make it easy to promote Stu or Summers' Love.

Stu's publisher, Eddie Jones, has been hounding Stu for some time now to publish a blog. Actually, I have been on Eddie's case to get on Stu's case to publish a blog. I asked Eddie if Stu could send us two blog posts a week. So Eddie pulled out a pen, some paper and a stamped envelope, and politely asked Stu if he would be willing to contribute two blog posts per week to his new blog. (Most Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas authors have blogs- it seemed like a legitimate question.) Eddie even explained to Stu how writing a blog about his new romantic comedy,

 Summers' Love,  would help his book "grow legs" and increase sales!

According to Eddie, Stu's reply is not appropriate for this forum.....

But I think it ended with something like, "...you'll get it when you get it."

This is our attempt at Stu's blog. We wanted to use this blog to tell you a little bit more about Stu himself (but Stu is unwilling to share anything about his life before the islands), about his writing process (but we were told in no uncertain terms that "it's none of your business") and a little bit of what makes Stu "tick" (I'm afraid to even ask him that question).

So we will publish Stu's blog posts when we get them. A lot of people have been asking for more information about Stu. There are things we would like to know, too! But, for now, at least, the best answer to the question of "When will we find out more about Stu?" is to use the words of Stu himself, "you'll get it when you get it."
